Try taking all the files out, turn it on, turn it off, then put them back on. It should work.
SOURCE: How to view videos???
The videos need to be in .MTV format. Only .MTV converter
that seams to work. After it is converted you can put it in any folder.
To play the video, you have to hold down the menu button for a few
seconds until it displays the function menu. Then choose the video
function.
Try to find mtv converter at http://www.mtvconverter.com

You should not need any drivers for this device. Vista should recognize this player as a remote disk. You should be able to drag and drop the files to the remote device from your home computer. The application files are on the Kaser website. Once installed this file should allow you to convert different video formats to the required MTV file format so that you can play videos on the player. The URL is http://www.kasercorp.com/productcart/pc/kaser-downloads.htm
SOURCE: MP4's can't be added to my Mambo-Mano
You will have to convert the MP4 files to eithe rMP3 for music/audio and possibly .AMV for the video, but that depends on what chipset your player runs.
Can you post some more information about your player?
