I would suggest that you use you local paper and contact you area School AEA. They can post your information for parents needing tutors. Also contact your local colleges, Libraries and learning centers in your area. You will find more help in getting your name out those these outlets than advertising itself. Not to mention you will have a safer clientele dealing with schools and learning center.
Also you can post free on craigslist.org
