Question about Samsung YP-K3 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Won't charge Everything was fine and working well when i fist installed my MP3 player, but my step-dad cleaned out the computer and deleted EVERYTHING of mine off. I have tried re-installing the software back onto the computer, but not everything is getting loaded, so my computer will not charge it. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software many times, but it still will not charge.

I have mobiblu mp4 player DHH-200,can i format it by computer?

I do believe you can with this model. So give it a try, if it doesn't work, then go through and delete everything through the MP4 player itself.

Please help me, i was charging my mp3 player in a computer usb port and i now turn it on and it has deleted everything, just stating 'no artists found' 'no albums found'. i am devestated, currently in...

hi there,

sorry for that.. it seems a virus deleted your files.. open a clean computer. A sure computer with Norton Antivirus in it, or at least an updated Antivirus utility.. now plug your mp3 player, scan for a virus.. if it doesnt detect any but your mp3 is shown in My Computer, access your mp3 player by typing the drive letter. eg.type E: on the address bar. press enter. Usually your files will be gone but there are viruses that hide your files under a "_" folder so access it using the address bar eg. E:\_ then press enter.. You'll see all your files there.. now copy everything and paste it to your root directory..

I sincerely hope this works out for you

The screen on my mp3 player says "free up 10 MBS of space to refresh player" but i've deleted everything on it and it still wont work. How can i make that go away?

Depending on the Computer OS you used to delete the files, often they put the files in a 'recyled' or trash can, and you have take extra step to actually delete files.
On windows when deleting files, hold down the shift key when you select delete from context menu to skip that step

No power on connects to computer fine

First I would make sure the batteries are fresh, installed correctly, and the contacts are clean of corrosion. If everything is correct and clean then unfortunately your RCA mp3 player is no longer any good. I also had the same issue with an RCA a few years ago. Best of luck!

Problems with charging my mp3 player!

Format - Erases Everything: Connect your Sansa player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "Sansa 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.
Firmware Upgrade- Erases Everything: Get the latest firmware upgrade from Sansa - it updates the firmware and erases every song in the player all at once. Note: this method doesn't work if already have the latest firmware. Go to this website and click "Firmware Updater" to find out: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx

Mp3 trouble

I guess the battery is dead. But try this webpage to solve your problem:

http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

If the device shutsdown everytime you disconnect it from the charger and your unable to do anything, then the battery clearly is bad.

If you need more asistance, let me know.
