My buttons on the phone decide when they want to work. Sometimes only the left side won't work, other times the phone won't even turn on! With time left untouched it will all of a sudden work fine. Right now nothing is working on the phone.

Yep my buttons stopped too but everything else is working....People call and I can't do anything to answer it.

I have a Sanyo Katana which was purchased 01/04/07, is still under warranty, has not gotten wet and the buttons do not work. Sprint is not helpful. They sold me phone insurance that I pay $3.00 for monthly and now that there is a problem they are referring me th the insurance company who wants me to pay an additional $50.00 before they will ship me a replacement phone in 2-3 business days. Sanyo wants me to ship the phone to their facility in Tennessee, pay for the postage and allow them 2-3 weeks to either repair or replace my phone provided they do not determine that I got the phone wet which then makes the warranty invalid.
Better Business Practices anyone?

ok i wanna call my boyfriend but i cant cause my freaking keypad on this stupid cell phone doesnt work. I only got it a lil bit wet when i answered it while i was in the shower and then the buttons just all the sudden stopped working. So I took out the battery, dried the cell phone, basically did everything possible and it works for like 10 min tops and then stops working. AHHHHH MY SONY ERICSON W595 WONT WORK I got a few drops of water on it when I was listening to bring me the horizon in the shower, IT WONT WORK!!! That depends on what you're taking a picture of, and on what you want that picture to say to the viewer. The best procedure for taking a portrait won't be the best procedure for taking a landscape, for example. You probably won't want to take a picture of a grandfather the same way you'd take a picture of his granddaughter, either. That's just the technical side. You also have full control of the artistic side. You decide on the camera position, the time of day, vertical or horizontal orientation, etc. Sometimes you can reposition the subject, sometimes you can't (buildings, trees, and mountains are a little difficult to move). You decide what's in the picture and what's not. You decide whether the picture should be bright or dark. The camera is just a tool. You're the photographer.
I am guessing that your phone probably shut itself down to prevent data loss. When was the last time you shut it off by holding the top power button until it says slide to power off and then powering it off? I may be wrong in this but,... Okay, so have the phone unplugged and I want you to press and hold both buttons at the same time, the Top Power and the Home Screen Button and just continue to hold them, sometimes even for like a minute but I'm guessing within like 30 seconds or so the Apple logo will appear then you can release the buttons. If this does work you can prevent this from happening again by power cycling your phone on a daily basis or at least every other day. :-) I hope it helps good luck.
Try checking the bearing in the left wheel if the rumbling is on the left side. Sometimes bearings can be worn down and sometimes may even twist or bend.
i had exactly the same problem, then reading this i decided to push the right side of my phone in and now it works. i'm not sure how long for, but i hope until christmas. this may help you im not sure.
you could try taking it apart then clean it out ie dust or sand but i recently took my old phone part like yours and decided its easier to buy someones broken phone(ebay) like yours with a cracked lcd or something and use the key board from that phone to yours.
