Hi ash! I have this nokia n95 vodafone with an 8gb phne memory. whenever i try to put or move files into the phne memory, it wont and instead it displays that disk is full although i havent put any files...
If the phone indicates "memory full, delete some data" and you say that there are no more file stored on your phone memory, transfering data even on mass or internal memory which is 8g would not be possible because the phone needs a minimum requirement free space to perform any operation such as taking picture, playing music etc.
All your have to do is reset or format your phone using this two methods.
(Before doing this, make sure all important data is backep-up cause everything will be deleted
1. on your home screen, just type *#7370# ,a message pop up "Restore all original phone settings? Phone will restart" then press Yes, it will ask for the lock code. Enter your desired lock code if any, otherwise the default code is 12345 and the phone will restart.your phone is now on default settings. DONE.
2. Another ways is by going to Menu > Tools > Settings > General > and locate Factory settings, once you open that option, a message also pop up to restore your phone settings and ask for a lock code as what method 1 did.
Now if its all ready, start and enjoy your phone features.
If there's any problem, just reply and i will get back to you as i received the comment.
Hope this method helps you.. Thank you for visiting FixYa.
