My thermostat hums when put on all other fans speeds except one when it is turned on??????????

Using a volt meter check the voltage connected to the thermostat. Depending on the transformer output, located, usually in the basement, sometimes near the furnace it should be 12 or 24 volts DC. These will have thin wires connected to the back of thermostat, about 20 or 22 gauge wire. No major concerns with electrocuting self. Like a telephone wire. Some are line voltage which is 120 volts AC. If it is line voltage the wires will be 14 or 12 gauge. There is a major concern with electrocution. A new programmable thermostat will run you 30-100 plus bucks. Most residential house new and old have a low voltage thermostat. If the thermostat is old. Replace with new. If new, take back and get a replacement and reinstall.

Model 170 with a Kawasaki 14 hp engine. Why doesn't anything happen when I turn the key?

This is a 12 volt system and the battery should have 12 1/2 volts. Motor running the voltage should be above 13 volts and below 14.5 volts. You will need a battery charge or jump start.

30amp auto shutdown fuse blows is it alternater

The ASD relay supplies battery voltage (12+ volts) to the fuel injectors and ignition coil(s). With certain emissions packages it also supplies 12-volts to the oxygen sensor heating elements. The Fuel Pump Relay is a separate relay controlled by the ASD relay input to the PCM. Fuse #12 (10amp) provides 12 volts to the coil side of both the relays and the ignition switch. Fuse #6 (30 amps) supplies 12 volts to the output side of the relay. Fuse #16 (15 amp) from the relay output to the Oxygen Sensors and Fuse #26 (15 amp) relay output to the PCM. Fuse #24 (20 amp) is Fuel pump relay output to fuel pump. Fuse #19 (10 amp) supplies 12 volts direct to the PCM.
look for burned or melted wires in the offending circuit.
sounds like you wiggled a wire while installing new relay.

I get a low hum from my speakers. How can I get rid of this?

Boston Acoustics Media Theater HUM. The problem may be the power source. Find another DC power source for the 12 volt. All I had was a 14.5 volt 4.5 amps source Model PS6 power source which fit the plugin socket. Absolutely no hum now and still great sound. However, I would recommend a DC 12 volt source with at least 3 amps output.

Speaker a and b have humming noise

If it's a loud 60 cycle hum stop running it and have it serviced. This hum can be a shorted output which can send out 50 to 60 volts out to your speakers damaging them.
