Audio wiring foxcom n15235

n15235, useless this.that is electrical certs number
top of mobo has stickers only THEY matter.
but sorry if is Foxconn 6627MA-RS2H (2007 made)
SiS 662
Pentium D / Pentium 4 HT / Celeron D
DDR2 667
bad news SIS is dead now and so is foxconn diy mobo support by them 2019 they ended DIY kit business.

you need the Audio port jacks from the front panel
not the rear that is a standard, green is output. end story there, pink mic. etc.
you lost the CD out of the new box I see, so lost the PDF manual there too, ouch.

then answer for pin header, marked
Audio Interface: F_AUDIO

is here

https://manualmachine.com/foxconn/6627mars2h/1611735-user-manual/

Audio Interface: F_AUDIO

For 6-Channel (optional)

The audio interface provides two kinds of audio output choices: the Front Audio, the Rear Audio. Their priority is sequenced from high to low (Front Audio to Rear Audio). If headphones are plugged into the front panel of the chassis (using the Front Audio), then the Line-out (Rear Audio) on the rear panel will go offline. If you do not want to use the Front Audio, pin 5 and 6, pin9 and 10 must be shorted, and then the signal will be sent to the rear audio port.

see graphic of jack same page.

Foxconn n15235 front panel jumpers

n15235 is not a model number ever
that is an Australian, electrical safety compliance code. and 100% useless .
foxconnchannel went dead 2012.
they stopped dead DIY mobo sales, and the wiki said so too.
the manuals are all lost now./ but googling finds some. but no model told, no JOY.
lost the CD too , new in the box it had one, with PDF on CD
lost that?, yes, ouch./

or get the real foxconn, model number mobo
the google that and add the word manual
and bingo all jumpers told.

some foxconn mobo are called contract OEM mobo
the top makers of OEM PC ordered those custom and put them in their PC and the only clue is the lack of
any DIY foxconn model on the board at all.
that n15235 is NOT IT.
learn to post photos of the mobo and all labels there.

ONN N15235 motherboard, which is a 775 socket. I am currently running a Pentium E2160 on its but its pretty slow so I bought an E5400 to replace it. When I changed the CPU over and started up my computer...

The LGA 775 processor socket doesn't matter, calderwooddu.

It's up to the motherboard chipset, and the BIOS program, and version, of what that Foxconn N15235 will support. I would go back to the Pentium Dual Core E2160, use CPU-Z from CPUID.com, (Free), and see what the motherboard chipset is, first.

(Motherboard chipset: The Northbridge, and Southbridge chips. Chip is slang for I.C. Integrated Circuit)

The Northbridge chip is what determines what Processors are supported.

1) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Motherboard_diagram.svg

2) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northbridge_%28computing%29

Since the E2160 is built upon the 65nm technology, and the E5400 is built upon the 45nm technology, the Northbridge chip of the Foxconn N15235 may not support the E5400.

With the technology change are also Instruction Set changes. Plus other parameter changes. The BIOS program, and version on the Foxconn N15235 may not support these, either. Sorry to be a bummer.

Not a solution per se, Yet.

Need to know what computer this Foxconn mobo is out of. (MOtherBOard)
OR, if you get the computer operational again, let's use CPU-Z to see what the motherboard chipset is.
Need help in downloading, and/or installing CPU-Z, post in a Comment.
