Welcome to Fixya

The 08 code code means FRONT PANEL. The :11 is an action code requesting RESEAT, CLEAN. You should reseat the connectors at the display and on the other end at the electronics. Cover removal is explained in the service manual which you can download at this site.

Hp designjet t1100 blank hard drive installation beware spam number 1*800*532*4187

Hello. Designjet T1100 disk failures are pretty common. HP has made it difficult to do anything with their HDDs by securing them with passwords. When a new HDD is installed, it also takes on the ID of the plotter and refuses to work in any other plotter from then on. LPS Computer has T1100 hard disk drives that have been modified to install and work properly and they cost less than HP is asking. They can be seen here: http://www.lpscomputer.com/collections/designjet-t1100-t1120-parts

HPdesignjet T610 error code 08:11

The 8 code is a formatter or front panel problem. Try reseating the formatter and its cables. Also reseat the front panel cable.

Basically it means that there is no communication between the front panel and the Main board. Turn the printer off and unplug it from the wall. Reconnect the cord and power up. If it still fails, the formatter or the main board or the front panel will have to be replaced. Get a tech to check it out.
