No, because you have not told anyone how many days holiday you get every year or how many you have used so far or if they can be saved from year to year.

Your 28 days holiday is free holidays (assuming you have not including predetermined holidays - i.e public holidays)

28 days divide by 12 months = 2.333 days

Your holiday year cannot be April to April as this is 13 months - so I have assumed it is April to March, or it could be May to April - This will affect how many holidays you have earnt upto August.

Multliply the 2.33 days per month by the number of months until your holiday in August. The calculation your employer is using may take into account you have to earn full days by the end of the month before you take a holiday.

2.33 days X 4 months to end of July = 9 days
2.33 days X 5 months to end of August - 11 days.

You may have to exclude the public holidays if this is included in your annual allowance

How many days worked in year on a 5on 3off rota with 28 days holidays

I haven't counted on the calendar but just performed a simple calculation that I can't guarantee is correct and the answer isn't exact as the last work/rest period will run into the following year and possibly the first one the previous year so rounding down I reckon 210 days will be worked

What Is Estimated Tax Payment Calendar?

For Government Income Tax reasons, estimated tax payments are due as listed below:

    ·April 15 (first quarter)
    ·June 15 (second quarter)
    ·September 15 (third quarter)
    ·January 15 (4th quarter)
Note that the January 15 quarterly payment is really due, not within the tax year itself, but early the year after (before your taxes returns). Note that when the date falls on the weekend or holiday it might be extended to another working day.

Is tomorrow a public holiday the 10 of decamber

Holidays vary from country to country and culture to culture. You'll have to tell us where you are before we can tell you whether any given day is a holiday or not.

What is the significance of this bank holiday was it to do with the Queen mother

The spring bank holiday started as the Monday after Pentecost. This is known as Whitsun or Whit Monday in the United Kingdom. The Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971, moved this bank holiday to the last Monday in May, following a trail period of this arrangement from 1965 to 1970.
In 2002 this bank holiday was moved to June 4 to follow an extra bank holiday on June 3. This gave people a four-day weekend to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. This marked the 50th year of her accession to the throne of the United Kingdom. The spring bank holiday will also be moved to June 4 in 2012 to form a long weekend together with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee bank holiday.

How do I set a temporary holiday company greeting?

Most of my customers called their dealer :-)

You need access to the voice mail system and a Holiday custom message or company greeting. After that, it's fairly easy to tell the system when the Holiday message should be played.

I have an Intermatic ET70115C timer for a school buzzer system. The problem is that the timer is automatically set to adjust for daylight saving time and those times of the year have changed in the past...

ET7015C manual:
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/et70115c%20-%20english.ashx

This particular timer allows Holiday settings that override regular settings.
Do a word search of the PDF manual for 'holiday' and 'HLDY' and it takes you to the pages that talk about holiday. For example page 8 talks about the Holiday (HLDY) feature

My strategy is to replace the out-of-sync fall-back and spring-forward days with holidays ... and then the holidays can be programmed to meet the correct buzzer time.

Now let me say something. I am not an expert on this particular timer. I wire and test timers, but I do not own this timer. And the manual is a pretty good slog of information. I have not read the whole manual, but you can add a comment and I am here to assist as you go along. I answer questions for free and am glad to help.

The image on Fixya is too small to see the buttons clearly, but the timer lets you program up to 99 Holidays.
Fall-back is off by 14 days, and Spring-forward is off by 14 days, for a total of 28 days.
The manual says 'review and revise data' on page 12 thru 17

Machine won't power up after 3 days holiday!

this problem seems to be more electrical device failure as opposed to micro controller confusion. I would look for a failed power supply component, possibly an overheated resistor that has changed value and caused power loss. Look for a browned-out area on a circuit board.
