Conversions are off cant get to right spot in menu to get it how do i get there

I think you mean convergence. This set does not have a convergence circuit since is is DLP technology.

TV issue

First you should try to use the auto convergance function to get the light guns in the right spot, this will be in the video or setup menu, If that does not do the trick your looking at 500-700 to repair so I cant say I would fix it. Good Luck
