My s 10 is fully charged but even at full volume on screen it is too faint to hear

Is the power to the speakers correct? Since these are computer speakers,have you checked that the volume on the computer is turned up all the way? Have you tried the speakers on another computer or portable radio of something?

Have you checked the MUTE function?

NEVER turn the volume up more than half-way for any sound problem. Otherwise, if you suddenly find the switch that's out of position you could blow your speakers.

sounds like the motor is burnt or check to make sure the switch is making full contact.

Hopefully the usb adapter just confused the battery. Did you use it this time or a regular plug? Its always best to fully discharge a battery and fully recharge it for the next use. They will lose life and malfunction otherwise. Glad you've had some luck, hopefully it will work just fine now.

Is there a slight or faint image still in the background?
