Dometic RV fridge will not run. No lights on the panel at all. Was running fine and then went out and will not come back on. We replaced the circuit board and still nothing. Please help.

You need to ensure you have 12V going to the fridge. Also insure you have 12V on both sides of the terminal block in which the 12V connects to. They will sometime corode. That is more then likely your problem. If you do not have 12V then you must check fuses at you fuse panel/converter in the RV itself. If you do have 12V going to the fridge then you must check the fuses in the new board that you installed. You can give us a call if you would like. I have a dometic dm2652 rv fridge. its new and is

The DM2652 comes with an optional cooling fan to help with cooling the amonia. The fan cycles on and off as required as it has a tempeature sensor (thermistor). We turn ours off at night by removing the inline fuse (glass tube fuse 3 amp) located in your outside acces panel. The fuse is located in a black fuse holder with a re wire connecting both sides.

Our Dometic Americana in our RV is too cold and is freezing everything. We have had the thermal coupler replaced to no avail. Can you help?

just tried moving the temp sensor closer to the "fins" in the fridge part...we'll let you know if it works. The sensor is placed in a plastic sleeve that holds it to the fins. I have moved it so the tip of the sensor wire touches the end fin.....
