Camera Displays "C:13:01" and "Memory Stick error". Using the camera's menu went to the Memory Stick Tool. It display's status as:

    Format: OK

    Create REC. Folder: OK

    Change REC. Folder:>

Tried all options within this menu, NOTHING WORKED, just sent me back to the error message screen.

Your memory card has a virus! try formatting using camera. make it a habit that whenever you reinsert the memory card in your camera, format it first before taking shots, this will erase everything including virus! try also to remove and reinsert the card several times, this will gonna clean the contact points inside the camera. Try also another memory card.

Memory stick is blank

Can you still see them on the tv? If so, you could get a card reader and download the pics to your computer. Then, you could format the card in the camera to get it working again.

No memory space in memory stick

You can delete pictures from the camera. You can transfer the pics to your computer, then delete. Plug you camera into your computer, click start/computer/ double click on the drive that accesses your camera. From here, you can drag/drop pics or delete them or format the entire memory stick. If you need all of the pics and do not have a computer, you will need to purchase another memory stick.

Retrieving used memory space off DUOPro stick that can't be viewed on LCD or computer.

You have a bad sector on the memory stick.

Download the data to a computer and format the stick.

Good luck.

Memory stick error

Try using another memory stick, or insert a confirmed good memory stick, if OK, the memory stick is defective, if the same error, try pressing reset at the back of camera, a small hole beside the the DC jack. if OK, then fine, if still the same, camera needs repair. thanks
