CREATE TABLE users (ID MEDIUMINT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY, username VARCHAR(60), password VARCHAR(60

Registration

<?php
// Connects to your Database
mysql_connect("your.hostaddress.com", "username", "password") or die(mysql_error());
mysql_select_db("Database_Name") or die(mysql_error());

//This code runs if the form has been submitted
if (isset($_POST['submit'])) {

//This makes sure they did not leave any fields blank
if (!$_POST['username'] | !$_POST['pass'] | !$_POST['pass2'] ) {
die('You did not complete all of the required fields');
}

// checks if the username is in use
if (!get_magic_quotes_gpc()) {
$_POST['username'] = addslashes($_POST['username']);
}
$usercheck = $_POST['username'];
$check = mysql_query("SELECT username FROM users WHERE username = '$usercheck'")
or die(mysql_error());
$check2 = mysql_num_rows($check);

//if the name exists it gives an error
if ($check2 != 0) {
die('Sorry, the username '.$_POST['username'].' is already in use.');
}

// this makes sure both passwords entered match
if ($_POST['pass'] != $_POST['pass2']) {
die('Your passwords did not match.');
}

// here we encrypt the password and add slashes if needed
$_POST['pass'] = md5($_POST['pass']);
if (!get_magic_quotes_gpc()) {
$_POST['pass'] = addslashes($_POST['pass']);
$_POST['username'] = addslashes($_POST['username']);
}

// now we insert it into the database
$insert = "INSERT INTO users (username, password)
VALUES ('".$_POST['username']."', '".$_POST['pass']."')";
$add_member = mysql_query($insert);
?>

Navman My50T - screen has frozen, can't get any other screen apart from initial start-up screen (except for screen showing connected to computer when connected by usb).

Had a similar problem with a MY60T.
Spoke to Navman support.
1. Connect your unit to the computer.
2. Use windows explorer to go to the Navman folder
3. Go to the database folder.
4. Delete "Database.db"
5. Switch off & re-start you unit. The databse file is re-created on startup

Dreamweaver FTP Error

i would suggest that your server ip address has possibly changed. I would contact the people who support your server and ask them if anything has changed.

the fact that your website is up and running does not mean that the FTP should work. Very often your FTP server is physically separate to your web server

please rate this answer if it has been useful

thanks

Popup menu

Put you javascript part in between head tag..

<script language="javascript">
<!-- begin

function popup(Site)
{
window.open(Site,'PopupName','toolbar=no,statusbar=no,
location=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes,width=275,height=200')
}

// end -->
</script>

And add the following code into your <BODY> tag:

onLoad="popup('URL/to/popup.html')"

Your <BODY> tag should then look something like this:

<BODY bgcolor="#ffffff" text="#000000"
onLoad="popup('http://NowSell.com/popup.html')">

Note: In this and all script examples that follow, change the attributes "toolbar", "statusbar", etc., to on (1) or off (0) as you prefer (or omit them), and set the width and height to the size you require.

How to make up a design using the dreamweaver?

Macromedia Dreamweaver for the first time, or on a new site for the first time, you need to define the Web site so that Dreamweaver can work with it. This process includes naming the site, placing the local files on a directory on your hard drive, and showing Dreamweaver where those files will be published on the Web. Follow these easy instructions to define a new Web site for Dreamweaver .

First, you should go to the "Site" menu and choose "Manage Sites".
As you can see from the image below, this will open a dialog window. Choose "New Site" from the "New" button.

Open Dreamweaver and Start the Site Definition Wizard
Name Your Site

Using Server Technologies on Your Dreamweaver Site
Where Should You Edit Your Dreamweaver Site Files
Defining Access to Your Dreamweaver Site
Always Test Your Connection
Site Check-out and Check-in with Dreamweaver
Review Your Site Definition
Your Site Now Appears in the Manage Sites Window
Start Editing Your Files in Dreamweaver
