Cant access my D-link access point

Hi, If settings of username and password are still at default, they are "admin" and 'leave it blank' respectively. If these have been changed in the past, then you have no alternative but to do a hard reset (press reset button at the back or underneath) to restore everything to factory default. Of course this would remove all changes and settings that you have done including configuration. Hope this be of some help. Post back how things are or should you need further information. it will detects the devices through wireless but not ping them.
