Problem after power outage

We had a power outage at work last week. Ever since the power came back on, the Panafax UF-490 will not print any faxes. There are two error codes that flash "Printer Error 021" and "Power Failure 887". I have tried unplugging it for a few minutes then plugging it back in. I have entered the code as if I had replaced the drum / toner unit. We have no tech support and we have no service contract with anyone for this fax machine. We are able to fax out, however, and we are receiving faxes and they are being stored in the memory, they just aren't printing. HELP !

Has had a fuser error probably over temperature, it will need to be reset in service mode- lbp fuser reset, before it will work. if it repeats this error it will need lamp, thermostat or lvps

Un-do fax forwarding on panafax uf-490
if you cant find solutions for it
try the all job clear

PRESS FUNCTION 7 MONITOR(4x)
using arrow down or up
locate for RAM INITIALIZE then press start
arrow up or down again
locate for ALL JOB CLEAR then START

try this
press Function 7 monitor(4 times) *
service mode is appear
scroll down.. select Ram initialize select all job clear.. if the problem still there.. repeat the procedure but instead of all job clear.. select the Flash memory clear.. found it after all job clear mode
