The License is active and running on your machine. Please Surrender the license from License menu (F12 > License > Surrender License), and Reactivate it .
In case the Hard Disk of the computer is formatted without surrendering the license, login to Control Centre, Surrender the license, and Reactivate the license on the required machine.
To activate your license offline follow the steps shown:
Go to Gateway of Tally
???? Press F12: Configure > Licensing > Offline > Activate
The Activation Form appears
???? Enter the Serial Number in Serial field
???? Enter the Activation Key in Key field
???? Enter the Email ID in E-Mail field
???? Tally displays a message indicating that the tally_req.lic file has been successfully
generated.
???? Copy tally_req.lic file available in the Tally folder to a floppy/CD
???? Paste tally_req.lic file to another computer with Internet connectivity and Tally installed.
???? Start Tally
???? Press F12: Configure > Licensing > Offline
???? Select Send External Request to send the request file to Tally Licensing Servers. The
response file called tally_resp.lic is generated and saved in in the Tally folder.
???? Copy the tally_resp.lic file to a floppy or CD and paste the file into the Tally folder where
the license has to be activated.
???? Start Tally
???? The Register Now screen appears,

Hi good day, I have problem in my
tally software , my hard disk drive was crash, then I well install my new hard
disk .and install my tally software ,but they problem now I cannot activate my
tally software(LICENSED IS ALREADY ACTIVATED ,PLEASE SURRENDER IT AND TRY AGAIN)

it doesnot matter that tally is original or pirated, but if it is original
after taking the backup of tally you must to surrender the tally online,to tally solutions. after that whenever you want to install it again it can.....
but now days i seen a new problem with tally,
whether your tally is orginal or pirated its getting damaged....and when you talk to tally solutions you are forced to upgrade it in tally 9.0 by paying another 6500/-
