My TV isn't displaying sound or picture, how do I fix this?

Assuming your PS is fine then I would look at the main board since it works with the audio and video signals. The T con board is video specific and you have backlighting. So..............

What is this error message on my kenmore fridge?

This code indicates a problem with the icemaker fan, the main control board or both. what it means is, either the fan motor is not running or the board is not accepting the signal been sent from the motor. If the board does not see this signal it thinks the motor is not running and locks the control panel. The normal fix for this is to replace both the motor and main board. you can also go to www.searshomeservice.com to see if they can help

My remote is not doing anything

Testing remote control:
The remote control puts out IR (InfraRed) signal that human eyes cannot see, to find out if the remote is sending out the signal or not you just point the remote at the digital camera's Lens (Digital Camera can detect IR), you should see flashing light on the camera's screen when any one of the remote button is pushed. If you do see the flashing on the camera, then the problem is in the Receiver's IR receiver or the main logic board; more troubleshooting with scope will be needed to look at the signals.

Philips 51 rear projection

Thats a common problem with the DPTV300 through 355 chassis. You will either need to call in a repair tech for that type of troubleshooting, or replace the LSB circuit board ( Large Signal Board). You can get a replacement LSB circuit board at the following link for about half the price of what they actually cost. Here the link.

Screen display very dim

Your laptop - are you running it plugged in or on batteries? Many times laptops have power configurations set for the display of the screen (brightness levels) to help with the power usage while running on batteries.
A video signal from the motherboard goes to the LCD screen through the video cable. The video cable connects to the motherboard (or video card) through the connector 1. The video cable connects to the LCD screen through the connector 2. The video cable (in most cases) is also responsible for supplying a necessary voltage for the FL inverter board. The video cable connects to the FL inverter board at the point 3.
