Question about Konica Minolta Bizhub Press C6000 Copier
The system throws an error saying "Controller Not Connected" and the controller itself shows an error code "2H" on the LED display. Is there an error code reference I can look up to find out what this means? Thanks, SB

Check your bypass tray, the tray is on the right side of the machine, the tray flips out for legal and 11x17 paper sizes. Check that there is nothing jamed inside, code says that the tray can't lift. so check for anything jamed inside down there. As to reset the code open then close the front door where you put the toner. Turning the machine on and off will not reset the code. but open and closing the front door will clear about 80% of the service codes.
