Try formatting the card first. You can use another camera, or a computer with card reader for this. On a pc right-click on the card in My Computer and choose format. On a Mac, hold control and click on the card in Finder and choose format. Try it in the camcorder again. Also, some card speeds or sizes might not work in your camera. ie - 1gig or higher. Try a smaller card. Check your manual, check the manufacturer's web site, or go to google groups.

I removed the sd card and lost it and now my kurio7s wont go any further than the grey screen with the small computer blinking at me, what do I do now?

Try to insert another sd card and then try to power on the computer again. If that does not work try to reset it by removing the battery for 5 minutes and then replace it and try to power -up again with the sd card inserted.

How do you fix a white screen?

Not sure what you've tried so far, but have you downloaded and installed the firmware update? You will have to download it to a Micro SD card using a computer. Once you have it downloaded, insert the card in you tablet then to a hard start up. Do this by holding the power button and the volume down button at the same time. You will be asked what you would like to do. Select install upgrade from SD card. Once that is done, restart tablet. Good luck!

Installing SD Memory Card

Your camera has a memory card slot that enables you to insert any "SD" compatible memory card up to 8BG. Adding a memory card will allow you to increase the capacity of your camera before you have to transfer photos and videos to your PC. Install the SD memory card as below:

  1. Locate the Memory Card slot within the battery compartment.
  2. Insert the Memory card into the slot in the correct direction. (see the sketch below)

  1. Push the card in until you feel it "click" into position. The top of the card should be flushed with the surface of the camera. An icon will appear on the LCD screen after you turn on your camera.
  2. Once the external memory card is inserted into the camera all the images taken with the camera will be stored on the card.

Note:

  1. Limited internal memory is provided for test images. The image will be deleted when camera power is turned off. Please download the images before power off .SD memory card is required for normal use.
  2. An external memory card is required for normal use. Your camera supports any compatible SD memory card (up to 8GB).
  3. If there is a photo in the internal memory when you insert the card into your camera, a "Copy to card" message will appear on the LCD with Yes or No options. On selecting 'Yes' the photo will now be copied to your card.
  4. Formatting will delete all data on the SD memory card including protected data.

  1. Don't remove the SD card during formatting as this may damage the card and render it unusable.
  2. When your card is full, download the media on the SD card to your PC and delete the photos and videos from it in order to continue using your

It goes to a black screen with a yellow sign with a arrow on it pointing down, it also has a green, yellow, and red bar at the bottom.it stops at the red.

Had this same issue. Your probably trying to play either Crank2 or StarWars. Talked to Panasonic Tech Support and they said not enough memory to play disc and gave me these instructions:

"This movie title requires that an SD card of 128MB or larger to be inserted into the BluRay player prior to inserting the BD disc each time you watch this movie.

The SD card must be formatted in the BlRay player before use. (Do not format the SD card on your PC)

Formatting an SD card in the player:
-Insert an SD card (1GB or higher) into the SD slot of your BluRay
-Press [FUNCTIONS], select "other Functions" and press [OK]
-Select "Card Management" and press [OK], then follow the on-screen commands

Once formatting is complete, leave the SD card in the SD card slot. Insert the movie disc into the BluRay player and it should play normally."

Personal note, the bar graph that has always stopped at the red will hesitate for quite a while and then the rest of the bar will fill up and BD will begin to play.
