If you want help, man you gotta give some details. I could say, "plug in your computer, its unplugged" but that would be wrong, correct? How do I know? What are you using to unzip? Did you get this file from a dependable source? Is it a .zip file or .rar file? Is this off a game CD or did you download it?

Try 7 zip: free and will unzip at least a dozen different types (Google it, File Hippo has it).
Re-download your file; could be corrupted, especially if you got it from P-P filesharing.

Go and download from file hippo .com

You have to buy Microsoft office and install from the CD.
You can get OpenOffice.org which is the same FREE from file hippo.
Just type in file hippo in your browser and you will find the application in the list of free software, down load and run and you will have in my opinion a better word processing package than office for free less hassle and certainly less pop ups.
By the way it's compatible with all Microsoft office versions.

Check to see if the required files are present:

• Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\kodak. Check for 2 folders "kds_aio5000(for AiO 5000 series printers) and kds_aioesp(for ESP series)
• Depending on printer model, open kds_aio5000 or kds_aioesp.
• For kds_espaio it should only have the lib folder. It doesn't have the ekaiowia.dll
• Inside the lib folder it should have cct.ekpgct, hippo.dll. Both for kds_aio5000 and kds_aioesp.
• If hippo.dll is missing then try the following:

Option 1: 1. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kodak\EasyShareSetup\printer\scanner 2. Right click on aioscnnr.msi and choose uninstall once this is finished reinstall it by double clicking on the same msi file. 3. Check to see if the scanner files are now present (see above) if not then go to Option 2 Option 2: 1. Insert the Home AiO CD. Go to CD rom drive\printer\scanner 2. Right click on aioscnnr.msi and choose uninstall once this is finished reinstall it by double clicking on the same msi file. 3. Check to see if the scanner files are now present (see above) if not then go to Option 3 Option 3: (manual installation) 1. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kodak\EasyShareSetup\printer\scanner or on CDROM drive ..\printer\scanner 2.
