That error code refers to the pressure switch which is jammed on full. Remove the lower rear cover from the machine. Remove the large black pipe attached to bottom of drum. Clean the plastic filter inside this pipe. Remove the pipe that is attached to the pump and check for blockages or obstructions there as well.
Error code F05 denotes pressure switch jammed on full.
Remove the lower rear panel of washer.
Remove the large black hose on bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Refit and test.

The top cover can be removed by undoing screws at rear of cover, and sharply pushing forward on cover to remove.
The lower rear panel of washer is also removeable.

According
to the manual ‘TEST’ should only appear in the display when the hardware key is
inserted into the rear socket of the machine ready to commence a test sequence.
The only advice I can give is to turn the appliance off and remove the plug
from the power socket for at least one minute then plug it back in and try it
again. These machines have 3 phase motors and the heat sink on the module
retains an electric charge for some time after the appliance has been switched
off so be mindful if you decide to venture into the inside of the cabinet.

take top off. check power present at suppressor capacitor (1st in line to power inlet) and power present at output from suppressor. you will needs a meter.
check on/off switch has power at input and output
