I have received the following message on our Kyocera KM4035 machine: "System Error Call Service (picture of a telephone with *********) C6050". Can you tell me what is wrong with the machine? All the lights (copier, printer, scanner)are on. When you turn the machine off and then back on, the finisher portion makes a strange noise. Please help if you can!
The above is incorrect, Kyocera made a mistake by having a thermistor that physically touches the upper heat roller/belt.. it has worn the roller to a point where it throws up the error.. you will have to install a new fixing unit.
I have done over 25 warranty replacements regarding the 4050/5050/2525 etc.

Check your Voicemail
Just in case anyone still has difficulty in finding the instructions.....
Set Up your VoicemailBefore your phone can receive voicemail messages, you must set up a 4-10 digit passcode and record a personal voicemail greeting. When you have set up your voicemail, all unanswered calls to your phone are automatically transferred to voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off.1. Press and hold the 1 key.2. Follow the system prompts to create a password and record a greeting.
Best of luck!!
When you receive a voicemail message, a
notification with a voicemail message icon
appears at the top of your screen.
• At the voicemail notification, select Call to call
your voicemail number and follow the system
prompts to retrieve the message.
Select Ignore to clear the notification without
checking messages. The notification icon
remains on top of the screen until you listen to
the message
• When only the voicemail message icon
appears on top of the screen, select
Voicemailand follow the system prompts
to retrieve the message.
