Question about Emerson EWF2004 20" TV
1) Hit [MENU]. Press [CH up / down] to select ?V-CHIP SET UP?, then hit [VOL up]. 2) Enter 4-digit access code with the Number buttons. If you have not set up your personal access code, enter 0000 (default access code).

We would be happy to help get that fixed right away. The first thing we want to ensure is that all connected equipment is on. We want to then check what type of cable was used to connect the TV to the receiver. If you are using a Coax Cable to connect the receiver to TV1, check the receiver's back panel for the output name. If your receiver has a "TV CH 3/4 out": Tune TV to channel 3 or channel 4, back if it is labeled "Home Distribution": Tune TV to channel 62 or 75. If using non-Coax (RCA, Component, or HDMI) to connect receiver to TV1, cycle through the inputs until picture appears; Most TVs have a "TV/Video", "Input", or "Source" button. If we are still not getting a picture then unplug receiver for 10 seconds then plug it back in, this will reset the receiver, then try cycling the inputs again.
We hope these steps resolve the issue. We want to thank you for being a valued DISH Network customer!

I tried this and it wont let me access the v-chip still.
I tried the access code 0000 but it did not work. My daughter was playing witht he remote and put in a pin number for the V-Chip but don't remember the number. I am trying to find out is there a reset number for the V-Chip.
