Hi i have a troble with the tv. when i'm watching the tv some message apears saying that th e tv it's goning ot turn off ahd that we have check the ventilation but i have the tv next to ah window..¿what can i do?
It's a well known problem by mitsubishi and they have extended the warranty for an additional 2 years for that specific problem. Call them at 800.332.2119 It's also on their website.
The problem with Thermossensor which on the top of the lamp,
cut the connectors and rewire direct after soldering the wires and tape them well. because I believe the tv said in the message air flow , if that right do what I told you ,becose that was one of the bu litton from mitsubishi. good luck.

Re: trouble with the tv
Check to see if the lamp is on when the unit is off (in standby) if it is components on the Power PWB... 9A20 and/or K9A21 are shorted. Also, R9A02 may be open. Possible side effects... deformed lamp exhaust duct and damaged lamp. Replace PWB-POWER part # 934C228003 and if necessary, Lamp part # 915P049020, Lamp Exhaust Duct part # 642B155010, and/or Lamp Exhaust Duct Cover part # 642B156010. See Service Tip VS-73 2. If the lamp never lights suspect the Lamp part # 915P049020

You have the wrong valve openong. To time an engine properly the Exhaust valve opens when you go past TDC, n ot the intake. The intake should be closing as you come up on TDC. Just pull the dizzy back out and give the engine one complete turn and put it back in. Hope this helps.
If the DVD-RW was re-formatted, everything is gone. There may be a possibility to find a program to recover them, a search on the net may find it, not sure.
didn't find this code, so dis you read the code correctly and is the model write. you can try troble reset. turn off printer and then on again, holding utility key down. push trouble reset, and reboot again.
I can't say 100% but it sounds similar to the problem I had with the same model . The sleep mode in the on/off switch had gone bad and a new switch fixed the problem. It was about $42 to rtepair at my local electronics repair shop. Hope this helps.
If your recorder is hooked up after the cable box, then it can probably only receive channel 3...the set-top box does the switching, and sends everything to the TV (and recorder) on Ch. 3
I Don't know if you have the same problem i did, but sounds very similiar. Mine did almost the same , i tried to turn it on one day and it wouldn't it just kept saying "Please wait h10 shutting down" but that didn't even light up the screen. So i was thinking oh no its busted! ahh! by now i ahd forgotten tottally that the reset button exsisted untill i read a post on here about it. I pressed it and it fixed. i am hoping that yours is a similar problem, it certainly sounds like it
hope it helped, sorry for the life story
Duncan!
