Touch screen It is not responding to my touch. It will not let me even answer the incoming calls. It keeps acting like Im touching it when I am not and entering its own incorrect unlock pattern.

Try disconecting the base unit from power and phone line for 10 minutes and also remove for a minute and reinstall the battery on the hand unit.
Should reset to factory settings.

Did you try restarting the phone...??? If it didn't work try resetting everything. And even if that is not working then I would say it's probably a hardware error. You would have replace your touch panel. Could cost you a little bit. Rush to nearest samsung service center and get it done.
And also bear to put a screen gaurd always. I would not advise you to use touchscreen phones without screen gaurds.

your mobile needs one of tow : -re install the mobile firmware if it doesnt work that means your touch screen needs to be changed

1. At the incoming call screen:
• Touch and slide to the right to answer the call.
• Touch and slide to the left to reject the call and send it to
your voicemail.
• Touch and slide the Reject call with message tab upward and tap
a predefined text message to send to the caller.

- Tap Create new message to compose a new message.
