I just ordered new beaters for my Euro-Pro EP546 hand mixer. Their website is
euro-pro.com and their telephone # is 800-798-7398. I clicked on Customer Service on their website and asked for assistance, but no one responded. Using the toll free number got me to a live person who took my order over the phone. The replacement beaters are $7.95 plus $4.95 S&H plus tax. Try it.

Thank you! It worked for my Euro-Pro EP585WR mixer, too. If your phone number is not "in their system" press 0 and wait for an operator.

Who did you talk to at their call center in India? Support is a JOKE. It's a spit in the face to people who buy this product (which is a good one, despite the flimsy beaters). The telephone connections are horrible, they don't understand nor speak English (and probably most every language--I am certain all support worldwide is routed to this call center).

Can I purchase beaters for a bravetti hand mixer?

It looks like you might be out of luck. The manufacturer (euro-pro) doesn't have a website any longer, nor can I find any contact information for them. I know that when they had a website, you were able to contact them to get replacement parts. I also tried e-bay and amazon, no luck.

You may get lucky someday and some may turn up. You could also consider purchasing a new hand mixer that's made by a common brand, making replacing parts easy.

Hobart A200 mixer - motor hummed, didn't spin - now spins but is clunky Hi there, We have a Hobart A200 (SN 1683919). Last week it suddenly quit working - the motor would hum but neither the motor fan blades or the planetary would spin. I fiddled with it today - took off and put back on capacitor, cleaned (mechanical) switch, took off and reinstalled planetary - nothing major. I noticed that when I turned the motor fans by hand it would turn the planetary but only in the anti-clockwise direction. I spun the motor back and forth a few times and found that I could turn the motor by hand only 10 or 12 revolutions before it locked up, then I could spin it back the other direction, but again it would hit a spot and just stop. Looking into the grease holes I could see the worm gear sliding back and forth on the shaft. I then tried to turn it back on and the motor and planetary now spin but there is a regular clunky/snappy sound, can't tell if it's coming from the transmission or the motor. Also maybe helpful, when I took off the rear bearing cover plate there was a lot of tension pushing the bearing and spacer out about an 1/8" - I had to tap it back in with a hammer to get the cover plate back on. I know that's all pretty vague, but any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm thinking the shock absorber spring on the worm gear shaft, but I've never rebuilt a hobart transmission case and would love to not have to! Thanks everybody
