I'm not sure what make or model you have but most of these beasts have a central control unit that feeds the igniters for each burner.

Since none of the burners will light (I assume that there is no spark or a very weak one) the unit sounds like a likely suspect.

Those units are a LOT more expensive than matches.

If it is not too old you might try to get a GE warranty for it (probably $20 a year) Many times they never ask if the thing is working.. wait the 30 days and have it fixed. Ours crapped out several times so the yearly service charge was a deal.... Of course you COULD just cancel it at any time. We did not.
Meanwhile, strike up the matches or keep a spark starter handy.

Get a new one!!! A. it'll be cheaper and B. You owe it to yourself!

Check for correct voltage ,also would check capacitor and motor rotation.

The model number you submitted is not valid. Long dry times and dryer not shutting off is either an element problem, an air flow problem. Lets begin with a good model number so we can see your unit as you do...

One of the high heat sensors has failed on one of the burners under the glass. Disconnect one sensor at a time to find out which one, then replace that burner assembly.

that clicking usually means that the erc is trying to turn on the burners,
i would unplug the range
pull it out and check all the connections of the bake element

the inner burner is broken so the whole thing needs to be replaced. check your owners manuel for warrenty times on the burner. otherwise just replace the burner and that will solve your problem..

If your top burners are not lighting or will not work, it is possible that the burners have become dirty or wet. Please follow the troubleshooting directions below before calling service:

1. Turn you burner to the Lite position:
   
   If you hear clicking or sparking, go to Step 2.
   
   If you do not, check your circuit breakers. If the circuit breaker is ok, we recommend that you schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule service online.
   
   
2. Clean the burner and electrode:
   
   First remove the burner grate, cap, and head. Use a needle or paper clip to poke through the holes on the burner head. Re-assemble and try the burner.
   
   Remove the burner grate, cap, and head. Even if it looks clean, wipe the tip of the electrode with a clean, dry paper towel and PRESS IT DOWN. Re-assemble and try the burner, again.
   
   Check to see if the burner works, If not, then go to Step 3.
   
   
3. Re-assemble - Make sure that each burner top matches its burner bottom. The burner top will lay flat if put on correctly.
   
   Check to see if the burner works, If not, then go to Step 4.
   
   
4. The spark igniter is operating properly, but the burner is still not lighting. At this point, we would recommend that you schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule service online.
