Ssb board I have a 55' philips that turns off after 10-15 minutes. I was told I need an SSB Board from a 27' Philips. I can't seem to find that part anywhere. Any suggestions?

Ssb board? This trouble maybe power supply or inverter boards is defective.

What model is this? Because it says Magnavox 27ms343s which is a 27' tv. The 55' has a different board. Small Signal Board is SSB, you also have a LSB. Your best bet is to call 1-800-844-7871 which is PTS and give them the model # and order the board. It will be the cheapest you can find. If that person is right then you can get the board here. And even if you have question you can ask to speak to a tech and give them the problem. Hope this helps

I replaced the 313912725871 ssb board in my philips rear projector tv. Now i have picture but no sound. I know the sound worked at first but when i turned off the tv and back on there is no sound.

Please check the replaced Small Signal Board (SSB) is the correct one? if yes, then needs to be programmed for your Projection television.

Philips TV keeps kicking off(lose of power)

What you have there is a PTV915 chassis that has an Ssb board failing in it... To be more precise the smt (Surface Mount Technology) caps on the Ssb are failing. The board is mounted on the Lsb (Large Signal Board) vertically, just behind the tuner.
The module itself is Philips original p/n# 313912725871 and has been subbed to Philips p/n# PH3912725871 they're about $275.00 dollars.
Or you could take a risk and order one. But I'd still have the technician come out and install it for you... There are some star screws, which Philips has some infinity for, that are kinda difficult to get to and they need to be removed to access the module and extract it...

I need help tv plasma phillips

There is a firmware that can be updated via usb from philips. This fw was used to correct the tv powering on with no picture randomly (they called it a maintence session) but it was a problem. The tv would power on on its own and do this..

If that doesnt take care of your problem then the problem is with the main control board. or ssb

replacing ssb for 4 blink error was correct as error is communication failure specific to micro processor on ssb. getting an alternate error after replacing ssb would suggest either wrong ssb or defective ssb. verify vendor number on ssb tuner on original and new ssb and if same reorder that board and if not order per original board

Philips 42PF7320A blinks 3 times every time i hit the power button

The SSB is small self contained board that u connect your Antenna, and HDMI to. An error three is a communication error between the SSB and to Logic board ( located underneath the SSB on the back fo the plasma panel that is just below the power supply. U can check parts.com and see if u want to purchase a SSB for this TV. Is the 3blinking lights coming from the front of the TV. Also check the power supply and see how many times the green led blinks on the upper left of the power supply and let me know.

No picture or sound,but shows to be on with power button light and blinks when turn up volume or channel was told the ssb board

HI BENJIMAN, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND COULD NOT FIND NOTHING WRONG THEN I SEEN THAT THE POWER CORD WAS MOVING WAY TO MUCH, BUT EVERTHING LOOKED OK ON BOTH SIDE OF THE BOARD, WHEN I UN SOLDERED THE TWO LEADS IT WAS BURNED UNDER. I RAN JUMPERS AND BINGO I HAD PICTURE AND SOUND. THAT WAS MY PROBLEM GOOD LUCK.
