We just purchased this TV from a friend. The picture has a yellowish tint to the picture. When watching a program with a lot of green, it seems like you are looking through Blueblocker sunglasses. I tried adjusting the settings and ran a convergence on it with no real change.
Your picture tubes are weak or you need to do whats called a grey scale adjustment. In other words you need to put on a totally B&W movie or test pattern and adjust the red , green, and the blue screens to the best B&W you can get. Then you need to adjust the CRT drives to the best grey scale. If you do not know what this is, I'm afraid you should call out a pro to assist you with this alignment, as if you go messing around, and do not know what you are doing, you can make the set landfill material. Not for a novice to do. Good Luck
