Question about Panasonic KX-TG5632M Twin Cordless Phone
I tried unplugging my phone and plugging it back in. This seems to have worked.

Panasonic customer service rep. said to unplug the base power source for a few seconds, then plug it back in. This worked only for a few minutes, then the caller ID failed again, and again and again, no matter how many times this "fix" was attempted. This was not a permanent fix.

Firstly, of course you must be paying for the service from your phone company. Secondly, If you are and it's not working, contact them.
