I have had a Toshiba 32a35 for a few years now. Today, as soon as I turned it on, it started switching from tv to video 1 to video 2. No matter what button you push on the tv, it changes to video and won't stop! Except, for some reason when you actually push the video/tv button, then it does nothing! Is there anyway I can make it stop? Thanks for your time, Sara
First check for a button which is stuck down (activated) on the TV & remote. I have seen a stuck button on a remote box continually sending a command to the TV. Also, try unplugging the set so the microprocessor will reset. Other contributors might have seen this exact problem, and provide an exact solution.

Is by chance the set searching for an input with good signal? Many sets have an auto-program mode where they search all channels for signal, and those having such are added to the channel list.
Have you checked your op. manual? If you don't have it, check Toshiba's site for availability of online documentation.

We no longer have the remote, but I checked to make sure none of the buttons on the tv are stuck. They all seem okay. I tried unplugging the tv, left it out for several minutes, and that didn't help. Thanks, though, both great ideas.
