Question about NTI Backup Now EZ Software

I purchased two NTI Backup Now EZ backup drives and have not been able to get either to backup anything off my Sony Vaio E w/Win 7. The system is 500G w/4G RAM.

SOURCE: NTI Backup Now 5 file restore not starting

The biggest problem I have encountered with back up now is when you try to run a complete restore the program just can't handle it. Try breaking the restore down into smaller jobs 2 to 3 gg.

Format Hard drive and them backup only 1 time. In the future, create an additional backup and then after that delete the oldest backup. I backup my system about every month.
