Hi. I need to replace a broken screen on a Nokia 6288. Would you be able to guide me as to how to do this please?

Screen is broken no attempt to replace it yet as do not have a replacement screen! Would appreciate info on cost of a screen and then how to go about removing broken one and replacing it with new one please
