You have a problem with tray movement in the finisher/sorter area. Sometimes those trays get slightly bnt if somebody leans on them and they dont strike the sensor in the center properly. If not then maybe the upper and lower limit sensors need to be cleaned or replaced
The F2-02 code will often be the result of a defective or after market toner cartridge. Try replacing the cartridge and power cycling the copier before placing an expensive service call.
Tray 3 is not lifting or lowering properly. There could be a bad lift motor on the tray. The tray could have a bad sensor. Someting is either not moving the tray up and down or the sensors are not detecting the movement.
Remove the paper and the tray, inspect the tray , see if it moves freely, look for something bent or out of place.
U6-03 indicated a tray three lift problem.

If there's only one document that does this, it could be a corrupt or very large file that the printer can't handle. Try sending a single page of the document instead of the whole thing.
Isn't the AR-M350U a "Corporate" multifunction device? Then your vendor should be providing warranty support or service contract support for it. Check with the vendor before getting involved with another company.
