po300 code is a random cylinder misfire. start with checking the plugs, plug wires, coil packs, make sure no plug wires are touching exhaust manifold. If it is none of these you might want to take it to a mechanics shop or dealer. might be something internal like leaking valve/s, start with the simplest things hopefully you can find problem.
check your coil packs, my 2000 did the same thing but only on one. take coil packs off and relocate them to new plugs, clear codes and recheck to see if missfire "follows" moving coil pack
i believe on those the plugs go in through tops of the valve covers with a coil pack on top of each plug just unplug and un bolt the coil and remove and chang plugs
3rd plug back from the front on the drivers side. Your truck has a coil over each plug. If you have a misfire on #5 (code p0305) its usually the coil not the plug.
