I have a hello kitty mobile CECT 618, when ever i plug in the USB to my computer a sign pops up at the bottom right corner saying device has not been recognised it may be faulty or malfunctioned. I bought a new USB and used this and still the same problem keeps happening and this moble did not come with a CD, is there a software i need to download for this if so can you tell me or send a link please? help please v.v its bugging me.

Most probably you will need a CECT PC Suite software, to sync files between PC and phone. Go to chinamanuals.com and download it there.

but this is a hello kitty mobile and i asked the lady when i bought it that does it have to have a software o.0 she said no but i am sure ofcourse you need one. >.<
