My mobiBLU DAH-1500i keeps on displaying message "no file" - it acknowledges on the bottom that it does have songs on it, i just can't get out of that screen! i tried to turn it off/on, reset it, charge it all the way, reset it while it's charging, nothing will work! It won't play any music!
I have the same problem. I've put the files on the root, but the message persists. My mobi was corrupted, so I had it formatted. After the format, this messaged appeared.I have the same problem. Here is the cd software. Here for all the available files for the mobiblu cube dah-1500i from the manufacturer. Use google translate to understand what they mean.
The reset switch has to be operated using a pin or paper clip. There is a small hole beside the USB socket. If it keeps happening update the software as follows.
Downloader the firmware updater from the mobiblu site
Install the software, connect the player via the USB cable, set the switch to hold and run the updater. When it is finished, stop the device and disconnect it. When you power up, it will be back to factory settings (any data/music will be erased).
mobiBLU has a "software fix" for this problem. I had the same thing happen to my player. I had to return the machine to them. When I received the machine back, they said that I could have downloaded a program from them. So I went to their site and did. When I returned my player to mobiBLU, they had it for only about 3 hours and put it back in the mail! I shipped it USPS with a "confirmation Return Receipt". It showed delivery at 12:34 PM..and the Return E-mail from them was dated (same day) at 2:57 PM. PRETTY FAST..HUH! I have the Program in my computer. It came zipped. I opened it and ran it. Fixed the problem right off. You can call mobi BLU and I am sure they will e-mail you the program. It is only 2.22 MB. The program IS:
Firmware file version 4.0.100.1190 It even says **SYSTEM ERROR FIX** DAH-1900 Updater M110 060424.exe This Updater Program also has all the "PODDER" stuff on it too! I don't know enough about my computer or I would E-mail it to you!
Reload the firmware. The firmware gets a hiccup after repeating songs/switching through songs quickly. Make sure you take your mp3s off before you reload the firmware for the songs will be deleted.
FYI, my mobiBLU DAH-1500i 1GB unit wouldn't boot. It would start up the musical note logo and stay there. I had to hard-boot it with the little reset button. Then I connected the USB cable and "unloaded" all files, then used Windows to FORMAT the drive (FAT32). After that it fired right up and works fine. I might try to update or reinstall the firmware if it doesn't keep working. Good luck.
no file will not play music.
I have the same problem. I've put the files on the root, but the message persists. My mobi was corrupted, so I had it formatted. After the format, this messaged appeared.
I sync all my music to my mp3 but I get a "no files" message
