Docucolor 12 error code HELP

The printer just stopped and an error code came up 9-357 The printer said to turn of and then back on. does not work. HELP would love to know the problem

9-357.
Black toner problem.Probably You have low toner sensor defect.
But try first to vacuum and clean black toner dispenser.You must vacuum whole path wich is used to transport black toner to developer unit.Then if printing B/W print only, you must print 10 full color sheets every 100 copies.

If the error code comes up reset the code by turning it off then count 5 sec then turn it on if then ddnt work,ofen the front and see if theres pieces of paper stock underneith

1, power on the machine.
2, while hold down the 0 key, press start.
3, enter the access number 6789
4, click onNVM reset/NVM initialization.
