Wont start.. engine was makin a noise before it stopped, could it be a roken timtng belt and how do i check it

This is a good possibility that its broke. To test have someone turn crank over motor while you feel the tail pipe to feel if air is coming out if not its broken. You can also remove the timing belt inspection cover on the head and see if its broken.

I want to know what the different buttons do on the Roken-bok.

Please, refer to a Portable Data File .PDF at https://www.rcsd.ms/cms/lib/MS01910580/.../Intro%20to%20Robotics%20.pdf On page 8 of that document you will see a typical application of the Rok Star Controller, and the Button nomenclature.

When i press the on button it (the lens) wont come out and its not in playback only

If you have droped it. There is something in the lense works that is jamed or broken. Sometimes a gentle prying will work it free if not take it to the shop or go shopping.

Droped my camera

Repairing the flash is probably too difficult for most people as a DIY solution. Professional repair could be quite pricey. I would suggest buying the same model on eBay but one with a broken screen, they're quite common. Buy as carefully as you can, most sellers will admit to additional faults and even claim a working unit. Don't pay more than £10 plus postage, and swap-out your screen. This is an easy DIY project. You will need a small tri-blade screwdriver and a small pozi, but takes less than 10mins with care. Further info if required. Paddywack.
