The PS50700 uses the 195 series chassis. The most common cause of the set not starting up is a shorted flyback (high voltage) transformer. Sometimes a shorted flyback will also cause the horizontal output transistor to short too. These parts need to be tested and/or replaced by a tech familiar with the RCA 195 chassis.
I would take it to a repair shop, they charge around $50 to look it over, and then tell you want is wrong with it and they will give you the cost to fix it. This is what I do when TV's go out. It will save you time and money in the long run.
Try unplugging your set, If you didnt save the changes this should reset it back to default settings. If that desnt work, you will need to go bak into the service manual and adjust the horizontal size. Just write down anything you change so you can revert back if you have too.
If it is a ctc or ptk 195 then you have a bad flyback High Voltage transformer: the large white kindof square thing with big red wire coming out; Must get original RCA part. If picture was good before could cost you a total of (average) $300.00 according to which repairman.
