Magellan Roadmate 3000T

The screen on the roadmate does not work at the top. The top half is white with lines moving through it. I tried using the reset button but this does not work. Is there anyway that I can fix this problem?

When the unit is off, can you see a line where the screen is possibly cracked? look close. If you can your LCD is busted and it needs to be replaced. Is the sound working fine? Will respond after answers.

Hi, I have Magellan roadmate 3000t. When I turn it on, it shows Magellan blue screen and stays it forever. I tried to reset many times without success. Can you help me to solve this problem?

some portion of the software Has become danaged. you may need to reinstall the system and maps from the supplied CD
