My psp keeps going down without me down nothing.for example when im playin a car game after the race starts the car goes back and i lose and im not doing anything as a matter fact im pressin the forward key and it stills goes back.

You might be holding it down while you are powering it up. It "looks" at where the stick is during power-up and sets that position as default center. Make sure you aren't touching the stick while you power up and let me know if this doesn't fix it.

PSP cannot turn on

keeping Lithium ion batteries(found in ur psp) idle for such a long time without charging may discharge them compleatly and even if you try to charge them they will not function. this seems to be a problem with your battries not ur PSP. try to get it replaced from the dealer you bought the PSP from. hope this solves your problem.. :D

are you loading umd discs or umd iso´s???

Do a Restore Default Settings and try.... also check the M33 Vsh menu values..(press SELECT button to pop up the VSH Menu) it should be like this. if any changes to change it to the default values which is shown in the picture.

PSP screen wont go on

What happened was that the new game was doing the update before you said no. It was removing the memory from the psp and when you try to turn it back on, there is no memory for it to start. The only that can be done is that it has to going into the shop for repair/exchange....there is nothing you can do to get back the psp working again. It also happened to me and Sony explained the problem.

check battery, run without the battery, using ac adapter, see if problem persists did you update psp firmware? if so, undo the update, go back to previous firmware version
