The smart answer is that it's under the 3rd soft key. That turns the ringer on and off. However, it's programmed in system programming via Incoming Call Distribution groups. That's an installer function.

If that works, you can program it under a button by pressing PROG the button 2*4001 STORE. If it doesn't work, keep dialing the 2 digit codes 02 03 04 etc. I'd stop at 09.
Second: Call your installer for a new ring group. You can do a Night, Break, or Lunch pattern to ring more phones.
Those settings are in the Incoming Call Distribution Group. Just add the phones you want to ring to the Members of the appropriate group.
