The only way will be to replace the battery. Lithium battery's only have a limited service life, and begin to degrade quite markedly after a couple of hundred charges. The older the battery is, the less capacity it has for storing electricity, so your Tablet has detected that the battery within has lost 50% of it's original capacity. If the Tablet is relatively new and you have not recharged it many times, you may be able to claim a replacement battery under warranty from the supplier {:o)
If it isn't charged it will not turn on.
Make sure the charger is working. Use an AC/USB charger.
Other than that it's broken.
Use the extended warranty you purchased when you bought the tablet.
Have you tried my old trick of pressing the on/off button and at the same time, press the volume+ button. Sounds like you have a screen freeze. hope it helps.

It's possible your charger is faulty. If your unit can charge with a USB cord through a computer try that. If it charges then your charger is faulty. The charger can be tested with a voltmeter by someone knowledgeable. The other problem possible is that the charging receptacle is faulty. That would show up if the USB method doesn't work. If the charger is o.k. then your battery won't hold a charge and needs to be replaced.
there are several things u can try to reset it. but i have not seen many of reset and continue to work without having other problems. check out this link first. http://youtu.be/jcreuqRxK6w there is a reset on the back of the tablet..l use a paper clip and push the reset button and hold it until it turns off and then push the power and the sound buttons together ..sound button up. if this does work use the power cord to charge it. if this fails return it with the link i use above.. good luck chad man
