Please double check that you've properly closed the dishwasher doors before you attempt a cycle. The ikea might be emptying an water coming in because it thinks the door is open.
Also, please attempt to use a different cycle than the one that you're currently using to see if you'll get different results.
No a noise filter is a different kettle of fish. That stops electrical interference noise from affecting your television, radios and electrical devices.
The most likely source of the hum is the start capacitor on the motor, or the motor itself.
Humming or Grinding
If your Samsung dishwasher makes noise when starting that sounds like a low hum, it's part of normal function. The motor makes this sound as it operates throughout the wash cycle. However, a dishwasher making loud humming noise or grinding sounds could mean that debris is caught in the drain pump.
A loud high pitch whine while running the dishwasher means that there is something caught in the chopper assembly. To get to the chopper assembly you need to take the racks out and take the pump apart from the inside of the dishwasher. The chopper assembly looks like a metal grate with holes in it. And it might not even be stuck in the grate but somewhere in the pump area due to the water being pumped out, so the best idea is to take the whole thing apart and clean everywhere. However I do not recommend doing this unless you are completely certain you will remember where the screws and gaskets go, otherwise you risk damaging your pump or house from a leak or improper installation. You have been warned. Here is Manual onlineManual online
If you can hear the pump attempting to pump the water out, disconnect the dishwasher drain hose and place a bucket underneath it and run the drain cycle again. This should clear any clogs along the drain line and prove that your pump works. While you've got it disconnected, remove the air gap vent and clean it. A small, but large enough amout of debris can be blocking the flow of water from the dishwasher's drain hose to the garbage disposal or drain pipe. The air vent has a small cap at the top that can be removed to make cleaning easier by simply flushing it with water.
try running the test cycle or running delicate economy in that cycle it gets up to 150 degrees in the very first cycle let it run 15 or 20 min see if the water is screaming hot it is not and Luke warm it is not heating it is most likely a control board heaters very rarely go out
There is a recall on the control board of many of these models, butyour problem is likely not related. It sounds like a plugged drain system or a possible bad drain pump. That's why you are hearing the pump running constantly. I have written a guide to help. It is here. Thanks!
Check for hose kinks or food plugging drain hose. Start at the drain port exit. Check the check valve and drain hose for debris. Check pump motor for reversing during the pump out make sure the dishwasher is pausing between the wash and drain cycles letting the pump/motor reverse for the drain cycle. Check pump motor assembly for a drain solenoid, during the pump out make sure the solenoid makes that distinctive "clunk" noise If you have recently installed a new garbage disposal, check knock-out plug at connection.
Check pump impeller for damage. Check that the water inlet valve isn't seeping fresh water into the dishwasher when off.

Well done by resolving this problem. The other way to avoid the siphoning problem through the drain hose is adding an air gap valve/connector (available at any hardware store). You can use it even if you don't have a garbage disposal in your kitchen sink. That will assure that you have the proper height of the drain hose.
Hope this helps!
