Replaced all the cartridges and now goes thru all the print motions but nothing on the sheet! Completely blank. Tried cleaning heads several times, nozzles, got latest drivers , spoke to Epson went thru re-setting process and head cleaning - still nothing. Presume somehow head is blocked -used re-fill cartridges last time and Epson this time - Nothing to do with re-chipping is it? Help!
This typically is not an issue with re-fill cartridges, but it could be. At this point, if you have replaced the cartridges, ran cleaning cycles AND called Epson, that's all you can do. I would advise just replacing the unit as it's too expensive to fix.

Replaced the three colour cartriges and now it only prints b&w. I have never used refills, only original Epson cartriges. Not a newbie, I've been dealing with printers on PCs as long as there have been printers and pc's. Now the ink monitor tells me that I have wasted 1/4 of the colour ink already in trying to clean heads etc. Very frustrating. Not good for Epson reputation.
PRINTER WORKED FINE UNTIL I PUT IN 4 NEW CARTRIDGES, NOW NOTHING. A COUPLE OF TIMES IT BARELY PRINTED ABOUT EVERY 4TH LINE.
I just replaced my cartridges (all 4) and the printer is responding to the computer and going through the motions of printing, but no ink is on the paper. Very frustrating. Tried all of the tricks with cleaning the heads, etc. Will try calling Epson and hope they can help.
Replaced the cartridges and now it goes thru the print motions but no ink on the page, it's completely blank. Ran the cleaning cycles and tried just about everything, with no luck.
same problem. The printer does not actually print ink. Goes through the motions but in the end only a blank sheet.
My C84 Stylus used to work great, then one day it stopped putting ink to paper. Replaced cartridges, drivers, ports. Cables tests OK. PC tests OK. Printer goes through the motions but rolls out blank sheets.
Standalone print test (i.e., printer-generated test page with cable disconnected) also puts out a blank page. I know nothing else worthwhile to test.
