The blowing of the breaker has nothing to do with the hose.....
The problem you have is that you only have a 15 amp. circut to the washer... this is okay for many washers, but some will pull too much surge current especially when the motor starts.... this can trip a 15 amp. breaker...
You also could have a weak or slightly bad breaker there....
the first thing i would do is to change the breaker with a new one...do not change it to a higher amperage breaker if you do not have 12 ga wire....14 ga wire can only handle a 15 amp. breaker and 12 ga wire can handle a 20 amp. breaker....
If you only have 14 ga. wire to the washer and a new breaker does not fix the problem, then you may have to run a new 12 ga. wire to the washer...
