Must have Engine (fatal) and Jam Error logs display on the Control Panel or listed on ..... 041. paper jam. switch off the printer, remove its cartridge, look for paper jam or piece of paper jam in the rollers, clean it, place cartilage properly, switch ON the printer. it will work.

Shift (yellow) button and DISP (above close parenthesis).
N button.
Will show FIX _
Input required number of decimal places

It looks like you will need to pop the front of the case off to get at the screws to remove the sides of the case. You should be able to just grab a hold of the front plate and pop it off. You can see the case torn down here:

Normaly the repair service reset camera by using special file on the SD card.This file is impossible to find it on the internet.But you can try to update FW maybe it will help to this error message.You can try download lates FW for R727 from google.(Last FW version is 3.02.15).
Then extract exe file and copy FW file to the SD card.Put SD card into the camera and close battery door.Hold Shutter button and power on camera.After FW update is complete just power off camera.Then try it again to swith on.If it will not help the only way is send camera into the repair service.
