Well ... if your mobile phone is new try to claim a warrenty. but it really dosen't seem any problem with your phone . As far as i think it is a network problem so you must contract them about it

Problem in my mobile k608i
you need a subsidy unlock code. Most phones are locked to one carrier. The carrier of your pakistan SIM has the phone locked so only their SIM will work in it. Contact thm for an unlock code so the phone will be able to read the australian SIM.
